Information request

Elimination of the plates' sharp edges, obtained by using tapes or mills in stone, carborundum or fairly large grain diamond (rough thread); following this every minute roughness of the edges is eliminated, with the edges then being polished by means of a fine-grained diamond mill or powdered pumice (polished thread). Different finishes and edges can be obtained:

  • Round or flat rough thread
  • Round or flat polished thread
  • Graduated thread, ideal for attaching glass on glass
  • Bullnose, or different finishes according to the type of mill used
